CALLS – CALLTHROUGH AND CALLBACK

Callthrough: Inside the Cerazone you make calls as usual via the Callthrough Procedure. Dial a number as usual and the connection will be established.

Callback: Outside of the Cerazone, the Callback Procedure applies automatically. Dial the number you want to call. The call will be interrupted subsequently and you will receive another call, which you have to catch. The connection will be established now without any addition fees.

AUTOMATIC TOP UP

The simplest way to top up your credit is the automatic top up. If your credit falls below a certain value, your credit will be topped up automatically via your credit card. You will be informed via SMS about each transaction, so you have the full control of costs.

NATIONALE RUFNUMMERN

Furthermore, you can add further national numbers to your +44 number and you receive national conditions.

Actually, we are offering this service for Germany (+49), Spain (+34) and Poland (+48).

MOBILE DATA SERVICES

If the data services are not working automatically at the beginning, you have to configure the APN (Access Point Name) settings manually.

To change APN settings, please proceed the following way: Settings > mobile network > access points / Access Point Names (APN) > changing of an existing APN or adding of a new one under following settings:

Name: You can choose any name

APN: chili

Note: The exact formulation may vary according to the device/operating system. Please look for further information in the instruction manual of your device.

INFORMATION OF YOUR VOICE MAIL

Using the voice mail is gratis.

As soon as you receive a message, you will receive a SMS from Cerafon.

You can call your voice mail for free speed dialing *121# via a callback call.

Further details of your voice mail you will find on the Cerafon Homepage in the section FAQs.

The voice messages can also be sent to you by E-mail. If you activated a Spanish or an PL-number please dial 1212. When you can hear an automatic voice, please enter asterisk (*) and the password for your mailbox. By default, it is 0000.

You can change the password in your MyAccount anytime.

SIM-TOOLKIT

By putting the CeraSIM into your device, there will be installed an app automatically. The name may vary according to your operating system. With this app, you can use many functions of your MyAccount (e.g. check your credit, tariffs, etc.).
